of pumpkin spice...
And I'm slightly afraid to admit this too. The pumpkin spice girlies will come after me. Nazy. She'll definitely yell at me.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I don't understand the hype. It takes over absolutely everything, and for a drink that supposedly mimics pumpkin pie... Not even that many people like pumpkin pie! I love pumpkin pie, though. I've had a craving since August except I only enjoy eating pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving so this is pretty weird.
Anyway—
I wanted to use this GIF.
I understand that it's a seasonal drink. So for pumpkin spice lovers, they can only really get it for a few months in a year. If I was limited to eating macaroni or pasta for a month or two, I would also go crazy. But what's interesting is, I've never seen the same hype over Christmas drinks.
I want to learn a compelling reason why it has built an absolute cult. Something besides, oh it tastes like pumpkin pie, but not really. That is not helpful! Ah! Is this consumerism? Advertising? I want to get to the bottom of this.
Nazy, this is you. You're one flannel away from turning into a soccer mom.
Fun fact: I've never tried pumpkin spice. And I wont be coerced. Perhaps my own curiosity will get me, but for now, it seems I'm safe.
Just for you Nazy, since you spammed me: vv
